Members and Associate Members

Members: The main purpose of enlisting members is to build a network of like-minded people who may choose to work with us to fulfill our mission of reviving our Traditional Culture. Only then we can keep everyone informed. To ensure that Omàmiwinini Pimàdjwowin maintains its close ties to the community of Pikwàkanagàn, only members of the Pikwàkanagàn First Nation may apply for voting privileges; these persons will be referred to as Regular Members of the Corporation.

Friends: All other persons interested in the revitalization of our Algonquin Culture and Traditions may apply for inclusion with non-voting privileges, and will be referred to as Associate Members of the Corporation.

In either case, there are currently no membership dues. However, donations to our cause will be greatly appreciated and all will receive an official receipt for income tax purposes.
